Patricia will talk about the benefits of culturing dairy and demonstrate how to prepare Kefir & Fil Mjolk, easy ways to transform cow, goat or sheep's milk and cream into fermented and pro-biotic foods.

Registered participants will take home handouts and starter cultures for Kefir & Fil Mjolk.

Learn about preparation of nourishing traditional foods and local sources of pastured meat, poultry, eggs, vegetables and more.

Meet like minded people, share experiences, and ask questions.

Cost: Suggested donation of $10.00 per person.
