Comment by Ray Leistner on May 27, 2012 at 1:14pm It should happen in a scattered way, rather than all at once, because of the diversity of the world, as well as limits in the ability to distribute resources. Hopefully, Canada has more reserves than others, but perhaps some particular resources are already in decline, such as natural gas.
