Little did I know when visiting my sister in London, UK, over Easter that her neighbourhood was, in fact, a Transition "muller"! (i.e. not yet official but "mulling it over") Quite coincidentally, I found out about the Crouch End & Hornsey Transition Initiative (CHATI). Nice acronym. A new member (Ann Marie) recently posted about a CSA with growers in the Kawartha region called the Kawartha Ecological Growers, that was already more than 50% sold, and it gave me the sudden urge to post about this great way to get food direct from the farm and support local farmers at the same time.
