I am pleased to announce the launch of Transition Toronto's Transition Skills Forum.

The Forum will be a place where those with skills essential to all of us in Transition, will host a workshop/seminar to share how to do a particular thing (for example, container gardening).

ZooShare Biogas Co-operative - An investment with pootential!

Hello fellow Transitioners,

I just wanted to direct your attention to a really great project in development at the Toronto Zoo, to make power from poo.

ZooShare is a non-profit renewable energy co-operative that will own and operate the 500 kW biogas plant, which will process 3,000 tonnes of animal manure and 12,000 tonnes of waste from a local grocery chain.
