Hey, Sandra,

Welcome, and thanks for joining.  I'm just wondering, do you apply permaculture principles in Green Building?  I'm doing my Ph.D. in engineering, studying energy efficiency in buildings and I'm always looking for ways to design better buildings.  Are you an independent contractor or do you work for a company?

Given that you live in Riverdale, you may want to check out and join our Transition Don Valley group and get in touch with Marisa Melendez (of that group).  She's organizing an event with the Don Valley group you may be interested in.

Also, check out our next upcoming event, a screening of The End of Suburbia, which will include a talk with the film-maker, Greg Greene, and kick off our Transition Film Contest.  Here are the details on the screening:  http://transitiontoronto.ning.com/events/the-end-of-suburbia-screening

Thanks again for your interest in Transition,

Andrew
