West End In Transition (WEIT)

West End In Transition (WEIT) currently covers a wide west end area with several neighbourhoods: The Junction, Roncesvalles, and Parkdale - approximately from downtown west to High Park, and from roughly Dundas/Junction to the lake. Once more individuals become engaged, these neighbourhoods could start smaller and even more local Transition Initiatives.

For now, WEIT acts as a pan-neighbour group for these neighbourhoods. The next public event will likely be a film night. To get involved or for details, contact Karl Schmidt via this webpage or e-mail him at weittoronto@bell.net.
